I’m always on the search for traditional cappuccinos while traveling for work. Google found me this place and I wasn’t disappointed. Immediately satisfied before opening the door to this cafe as there is a notice saying they use Rosso coffee beans, one of my favourite places to get a cappuccino in Calgary. There is plenty of parking and lots of seating options in the cafe. The staff were very welcoming taking their time with the couple in front of me and their menu. The menu. Wow! I didn't get a drink, but the featured menu had a lot of interesting options that would be very refreshing in the summer heat! I got one of their chocolate chip coconut cookies, and it was absolutely delicious! They're baked goods all look absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was lovely- Though, I think I walked in right before closing, oops. Sorry y'all. Totally didn't realize. Despite that, service was quick and all the staff were friendly and kind. I'll definitely be going back to try their drinks and the other baked goods!

My girlfriend and I ordered takeout from this restaurant for lunch. I tried the chicken club sandwich, and it was fantastic. They source their bread from McBride's Bakery, which really elevates the sandwiches. My girlfriend opted for the chicken brie sandwich, and she found it to be excellent as well. As a side, we had the soup of the day, a dill pea soup, which was also very tasty. This is a lovely local spot for lunch, and I highly recommend it.

The coffee is great, but here's a tip: avoid asking for a medium. It seems to trigger a snarky reaction from the staff, as if they're shocked and irritated that someone might want something other than a simple black coffee. In response to the owner's comment, medium is a standard size—it's just like small, medium, and large in clothing or at any other coffee shop. Cafe Verve is one of my top two favorite spots in Medicine Hat. Their homemade soups are absolutely delicious, and the Sun Dawg Salad is quite simply the best salad I’ve ever had. The staff is friendly and cool, and the atmosphere is fantastic. They use fresh ingredients and showcase local art, making the experience even better. It truly doesn’t get any better than this!

Eugene presents himself as a very easy going and polite host/owner and his wife is even more welcoming. Very relaxed Ambience, and live music every Friday I believe. Definitely worth a visit while in Medicine Hat. I am NOT a coffee connoisseur I am glad they support the folk music community by hosting local artists and those on tour.

I had to change my review over time from a 5 star to a 1 star because I have had to abandon the place due to order accuracy and time. I cant wait 40 min for a soup I ordered twice. The owners should actively be watching to make sure people are getting their orders. But they were not paying attention.

What a little gem this cafe is! They brew rosso coffee. My latte was smooth, delicious and the perfect amount of hot. The owners are both very genuine and kind. Super cool artwork to! Its a must try Reserva una mesa ahora

Road stop... definitely worth it! There's a nice touch of local flavor here. I enjoyed a hot turmeric milk drink along with a glass of water.

Great gf spinach tomato soup with half brie chicken sandwich. Best gf bread I've had yet.
