Cajun Deli Brooklyn Park

I'm from Houston TX here for work and been missing that good ole home seafood taste. I have to admit this place was well worth the 30 minute drive from my hotel. Hippie the owner did not lead me wrong when he said the food and taste would be worth my drive. I will definitely be back to this place before leaving Minneapolis, it truly satisfied the seafood boil taste of Houston and Louisiana. I encourage everyone to try this place if you crave good tasting seafood and a great price.

I had the crawfish boil which was just like they make it in Louisiana! I ordered Baby which is very mild but the spices and flavors were all there, done authentically! Excellent service, very clean, decent prices. I LOVED it! I'm so excited I don't have to travel down south for a good crayfish boil. Wish I had known about this place sooner, I will definitely be back!

Bring a friend/loved one, get a pound of black mussels, a pound of shrimp (peeled), with the house sauce blend, medium spiciness, then on the side get a 2-piece of fried catfish to dip in the sauce, the fries come with a tasty dipping sauce. Take the bibs gloves that they offer you. With a couple drinks tip; it will be close to $50, but it's soo good!

The house mix so good, everything was seasoned perfectly, I got medium and my boyfriend got spicy. The fries and wings were great with the dipping sauce as well. We were really impressed with how everything tasted, my boyfriend doesn’t normally like seafood and he even liked it. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend! Hippie has great customer service, and he is very respectful. Hippie is always respectful. Hippie is a great asset to your company. Kevin is an awesome asome person he is very good at his job and has great customer service. Both of these individuals/ men are awesome and are good at their job..

Food was outstanding. Some of the best fried catfish I've had in a long while, and the spicy seafood boil with shrimp and crab was delicious. The yumyum sauce was also a surprise delight.
