My wife, daughter and I were visiting colleges, and next up was Caldwell University. We had some time to stop for lunch and tried the diner. Free parking was available in the back. We were greeted by several employees as we came in and were seated. Service was prompt, and drink refills came without asking. Food was excellent. My burger was a nice size and my side order of seasoned curly fries was bigger than expected. I ended up taking them home for a snack. My wife and daughter also enjoyed their food. Would gladly return. Maybe my kid ends up at Caldwell and this becomes one of her local hangouts
I love this place the food is always good, service is great, and fast. The owner is SO sweet I shared it was my birthday and she gave me a piece of cheesecake on the house. It was soooo delicious too. One of the best I had ! :
There is something special about Caldwell diner!You can tell you are eating real, fresh food, which also happens to be delicious! Nothing is ever over flavored or too salty. The service is solid and the prices are fair.
