Nice hotel, well connected to Paris by the 1 RER line, staff is nice and made sure our stay was great. The first room the gave us, was for people with disabilities, the only drawback was the bathroom, open shower, water goes everywhere, no light in the mirror and no plug, if you need to use a hairdryer your out of luck. We requested to change to another room, this one is a lot nicer and complete, hot mirror, plug and closed shower in the bathroom, the mattress would need a change, but is comfortable. We got the breakfast, 13 euros per person, was nice and complete, all the dishes where full, but waiters should be proactive and try to refill dishes, before customers told them they are empty a...
I’ve stayed at this hotel on two occasions and the staff are so lovely and helpful. Good location if you into exploring areas outside of Paris. There’s nothing wrong staying around Gennevilliers and Saint-Denis. These people living there also represents me! Thanks again for welcoming me and please pass on my best wishes to everyone who works at your hotel including the cleaners who do the greatest job of all!
This place was horrible, rooms were nasty, sticky, smelled like someone smoked a pack a day with the windows closed, the air conditioning might as well have not existed, and the service was questionable at best.
This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean, they are cleaned every day. Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient and fast, in 20 minutes you can reach the Eiffel Tower. Buffet breakfasts and dinners!!!

Everything thing can be given at least 4 stars except for the receptionist that comes across as a bit rude, with zero knowledge of customer service, no care, and no empathy. Every other thing is okay.
Clean, comfortable and nice front desk staff. the price of breakfast is not too expensive.
The hotel has a nice ambience, made in great part by the easy friendliness of the staff.
