Horrible experience, my family always get cakes from here the mil hojas cake and its been good every other time. On this particular occassion (yesterday) we found 1 hair inside the cake but closer to the edge of the cake so we thought no big deal just clear it out cut the piece around it to make sure we clear that piece out. Continue to serve the guests and not even 5 minutes later 2 people come back saying they pulled hair from their slices of cake (closer to the center of the cake). Just a heads up for everyone coming here if anything pops up in your cake per their rules 1. Take an embarrassing picture for PROOF in the middle of the party while serving guests. 2. Bring in at the very least...
I’m really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I was eager to try it out and placed a phone order with Kim for a tres leches cake. However, when I arrived to pick it up, they couldn’t find my order. After finally speaking to Kim, she informed me that they hadn't made the cake because I hadn’t called back with my credit card information for the deposit. I explained that she never asked me for that information, and if she had, I would have gladly provided it. From there, it felt like I was just given excuse after excuse, with Kim blaming me for the mix-up. There were cakes available for sale in the display that I would have purchased, but she was unhelpful and didn’t offer any...
Think twice before ordering a custom made cake. I ordered and paid an Encanto cake for my daughter 's 1st birthday party two weeks in advanced. I showed them the design I wanted for the cake and they said they can do it with the exception of one detail which I was ok with. My husband arrived to pick up the cake the day of the party and the cake was not ready. They were trying to find it but turns out they never made it. My husband had to wait for 1 hour for them to make a last minute design that was not exactly what was agreed when I ordered the cake. This ruined my mood for my daughter 's party. Don 't get me wrong, the tres leches cake was good. But I would recommend just getting the cake...
I would give this place a -5 stars if I could! I ordered a cake for a baby reveal party, and while serving it, a huge cockroach showed up! The host was incredibly embarrassed and disappointed, especially considering how important this gathering was. We returned to the store the next day with clear proof of the disgusting cockroach, but the staff refused to give us a refund, insisting that the cake should have been brought back for a replacement. How can you replace a special order for a special event? Save yourself the embarrassment and don’t order any cakes from this location!

They have the best cakes my favorite and so far my entire family can agreed the tres leches cake is the best! Not to sweet not to wet and the bread so soft it's just the greatest! It's a one stop shop they have cute decorations and candles and signs! The staff is great not one thing could I possible complain about.
I 've been going to this bakery since I was a very little kid and my parents have too this place is worth the money because there 's baked goods are so good ? Every Celebration I 've done we have always had a Cake for the event there just that good I would recommend the tres leches cake
I had a disappointing experience with the staff behind the counter. They couldn't explain the types of cakes they were selling, which was frustrating. I think they need to improve their professionalism in customer service.
They have a great selection of cakes and prices. I order 3 different cakes. The 3 leches and the chocolate with strawberries were the first ones to go. Love it.
