we were recommended to go to candlelight inn for dinner by Sarah-Jane martin from the belfry at yarcombe and wow I am glad that she did. the service was absolutely amazing, we felt appreciated and appreciated, many smiles and very attentive. the location is beautiful and everyone seems to know each other, which means they have regular customers. if I lived near, I would go back. I had the best veggie burger ever! I have to go back. I had to ask for their social media contacts so I could recommend them to everyone. the candlelight inn and the belfry at yarcombe were certainly the highlight of my birthday weekend. please come by when they are in the opposite. Five.

visited on a weekend trip to somerset. beautiful atmosphere and fabulous eating. brilliant before the house staff and clearly very talented cook shown in the high standard of eating. chocolate soufflé desert is to die for! would be 6 stars if possible. in any case one must visit the opposite!

We went to The Candlelight Inn for Sunday lunch and couldn't recommend it anymore. The new owners have, in my opinion, taken the pub forward and you can really see how passionate they are about your experience. Also, very reasonably priced! Well done guys!

We spent a really lovely evening last night at the Candlelight Inn sat in the garden and had our meal, which we have to say was delicious. We were well looked after and will definitely be back, as we didn't have room for puddings

Fantastic place to eat. Had Sunday lunch, one of the best meals ever. Went again o the Thursday night, fine dining..superb. owners and staff couldn't do enough. Also dog friendly which was the icing on the cake.

what a fabulous pub with beautiful, inviting owners. and amazing gin list. recommend this little village jewelry. we somerset mummies will be back. ps thanks for the lift back to our holiday home;
