Stayed here for 2 nights in room in the executive suite on 30th/31st 2022 for $364. Cons lacks basic amenities e. g. microwave, only cutlery in room is a teaspoon bed is very soft, my husband is larger than I am, and I spent the whole night rolling towards him restaurant is closed Sunday/Monday and there is no room service no airport courtesy bus, trip to airport is $91 115 taxi/Uber or 2 trains and a Airtrain day staff were lovely, however girl on afternoon/evening shift was rude and abrasive. friendly staff. we arrived a bit early after an international flight and they immediately prepared the room. bus stops only a few 100 meters away. the breakfast is a little short. room ok, could use more cabinet space. room: 4 service: 5 location: 4

Room was great, if maybe a little cramped. Bathroom was enormous and looked freshly renovated. The included breakfast was a bit disappointing to be honest and there was a fairly loud fan like noise going all night. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4
