Captain D's - Reserva de mesa

My skin crawled when I opened up the box and saw all of the crumbs. I visited Captain Ds in Pelham on 6/15/2022 in the later part of the evening. I do not know who thought it was appropriate to serve food this way. I initially could not even find thefish, as it was buried under mountains of crumbs, so the photo was taken after I fished out the filets from under the crumbs.Also, it appears that the filets are getting smaller and smaller. I remember back in the day when the fish servings were of adecent size.

Ya no, I don't want to go back to this place ever the pre-sealed active sauce was room temp foods were cold and hard and also the Hush puppies and fish themselves were cooked in old oil and you could taste it. For me and my wife, this was the worst food since we were? ve lived in Alabama. Take my experience here as a warning that the food is horrible to God, we would just have gone to McDonald and I hate McDonald?s.

I won't be returning to this restaurant again. The pre-packaged tartar sauce was served at room temperature, the fries were cold and hard, and both the hush puppies and fish tasted like they were cooked in old oil. This has been the worst meal my wife and I have had since moving to Alabama. Consider this a warning: the food was terrible, and we should have just gone to McDonald's – and I really dislike McDonald's. Reserva una mesa ahora

I came in from a long day and Josh, the guy that took my order, had the best attitude and greatest personality I've seen in a restaurant in a long time! He definitely made my ordering easy broke down everything to me about the meals! Will definitely be back to this Captain D's!! Best one I've been too so far!!! Thanks Josh for being pass outstanding!! Food was also amazing!!

Worst meal I ever received. Smallest portions imaginable. I ordered two three-piece dinners each one had about nine uncooked fries and each one had one small ice cream scoop of mac cheese. I had to cook the fries in an air fryer what you see in thepictures was for two orders. Keep in mind that each meal is $8.69 plus tax. I highly recommend you pick a different restaurant!

I had a fantastic experience at Captain D's! We visited this location on Friday, June 17th at around 5 PM, and everything was excellent. The cashier greeted us with a smile, the dining area and restrooms were spotless, our orders were prepared accurately, and the food—fish, okra, and fries—was hot and fresh. We will definitely return soon!

Big Captain D's! We have at this point on Friday 17th. June (about 5 a.m.) and the food and service were great! The checkout had a smile on her face, the lobby and the bathrooms were clean, our orders were made right, and the food (fish, Okra and Pommes) was hot and fresh. We'll be back soon. I've never had a negative experience here before, but this time it was quite disappointing. The bungalow was made of stone and had a charred black appearance, and there were very few fries served. Overall, it was a disappointing meal.
