Poor customer service, staff was not welcoming, they are pulling drivers to the parking lot to have them wait on the food they ordered, The reason they are doing this is to keep their drive through time down so it looks good in corporate eyes even though they need the help. Not the right style of leadership I think it is completely unprofessional, to have customers come through a drive thru line and tell them to park and wait for there food. I understand it’s cook to order so if we have to wait in line that is more acceptable. Staff is not in uniform, young lady that had long red braids was exhausted from walking back and forth and didn’t want to be at work at all a lot of eye rolls maybe re...

I give this restaurant 5 stars because my overall experience was great. There were a few minor issues at times, usually due to new staff or the restaurant being busy. However, any problems were quickly resolved in a friendly and professional manner. What more could you ask for? Additionally, on Thursdays, you can get up to two children's meals for only 99 cents with the purchase of an adult entree. This deal saves a lot of money, but remember that the children must be present to receive the discount.
I just got ripped off.usually i get giant fish sandwich combo with medium doctor pepper for $8.62. Today for same thing I was charged $11.82 on was told there was change in price and drink not included. Web site shows $7.46 for giant fish combo. Are they telling me a medium drink cost about $5?. Everything was cooked perfectly and served hot. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Hush Puppies, 2 Piece Batter Dipped Fish Meal, Breaded Shrimp, and Fries. Keep up the good work!

I am always satisfied with the delicious fish dinners at Captain D's. I have visited many times and the quality of the food and tasty beverages is consistently excellent. Thank you Captain D's, keep up the good work!
Avoid this place at all costs! The staff is incredibly unprofessional and has a disgusting attitude. Some employees also appear to not be hygienic. It is definitely not worth a visit. Service is rated 1 out of 5.
