This restaurant was a huge disappointment! While the server was friendly, the woman at the front desk was quite rude. When I mentioned that I didn't like my dish, she became defensive and questioned whether I even knew what it was supposed to taste like. I only took a single bite, which included just a piece of shrimp, but she still charged me $15 for it! The rest of the meal went untouched. As someone who works in the food industry, I find that completely unacceptable. Although I paid the bill, I will definitely not be returning! I would give this place zero stars if I could!
My friend USED to patronize this business daily. However, I didn't feel welcomed when entering the establishment. The owner is a mean-spirited woman who doesn't even try to greet guests and make a connection with them. Most restaurant owners are welcoming towards their guests. It is important to have people skills when working in the hospitality industry. Smh
Marisol was my server and she was absolutely amazing and personable! She answered any questions I had and was very patient with me! The food was delicious and came out fast and hot! I had a delicious stewed ceedo rib for lunch. Price per person was between $10 and $20. The food and service were excellent, both rated 5 out of 5. The atmosphere was decent, scoring a 3. Overall, a great dining experience!
I drove over an hour to get there, only to find that they were closed! I'm really frustrated because this was a terrible first impression. There was no indication anywhere that they weren’t open.
Their food is amazing!!! My favorites are their beef/chicken guiesado and their sancocho!!! Tastes like home cooked!! That’s the beef guiesado in the photo!
