I had an excellent mint mocha—possibly the best I've ever had. However, the staff seemed a bit disengaged from customers, creating a somewhat cliquish atmosphere, almost like a dive bar. The manager was incredibly kind, but I found myself standing awkwardly in front of about four or five staff members for around five minutes while they chatted among themselves, completely unaware of me. I stopped by this Caribou Coffee after taking my sick ferret to the vet next door. The staff member who helped me at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor. He had no idea that I had just received some heartbreaking news about my pet possibly needing to be put to sleep due to her ongoing illness. I really hope he sees this and knows how much his kindness lifted my spirits during such a difficult morning. It's moments like these that truly leave a lasting impression.
The staff seems to joke around when it comes to adding light ice to your iced coffee. If you request light ice cream, they fill the cup to the brim instead. As a customer who spends around $200 a month here, I can’t help but feel that they’re being inconsiderate towards their customers. My experience with light ice cream has been an issue for the past ten years at other places, and it feels like the employees are playing games with customers' money.
I can't express how thrilled I am that you recognize the presence of fathers! As soon as I ordered my coffee and pastry, I noticed that my child needed a diaper change (thanks to the telltale rumble in my arm). I took her to the men's room, expecting to have to juggle a toddler to keep her from touching the floor (something I've had to do at many places). To my delight, I found a changing table! THANK YOU! I have to confess that I visit the drive-thru at this location more often than I'd care to say. Every single person I've encountered has been wonderful! My drinks are consistently prepared and correct by the time I get there. On one occasion, my drink was incorrect, so I called to see if I had made a mistake in my order, and a very kind manager helped me out. I was truly impressed!
This Caribou Coffee location is quite nice! Service can feel a bit slow at times, but that's understandable given how busy they get, so it's hard to hold it against them. The atmosphere tends to be quite loud from around 2:40 to 4 PM due to the influx of teens just out of school, but the space is so welcoming that you can't help but enjoy your time there!
The Spicy Mocha is hands down the best holiday coffee drink I've ever had! The staff was fantastic; three different employees came by to make sure I had everything I needed while I savored my Spicy Mocha, demonstrating remarkable attention to detail. I had a wonderfully relaxing morning and ended up treating myself to two Spicy Mochas!

The service was remarkably fast, and every dish was delicious. I want to extend a big thank you to the whole team working that morning! It's rare to find such attentive service these days, much less polite staff. My experience exceeded my expectations, so applause to all of you!
