Caribou Coffee - Reserva de mesa

Here is another Caribou store that seems to think they Know what you want to drink instead of listening to what you want. My wife has been ordering the same drink for 3 years. It seems that the stores that what to tell you want you want end up always getting the drink wrong. This store even told us that they have 2 different drinks that are made the same way even though one is far more sweet than the other. So the manager even told us that they make them both the same way. Which means they are making one of the drinks wrong. This is usually the caribou I visit when I want coffee. The staff here is super nice and friendly. However, I can't justify more than a 3 star rating since tipping in the drive-thru was implemented. My order tends to be the same and is a regular menu item. Since they began asking for tips in the drive-thru I've noticed the drinks are made with less attention to detail. Sometimes the quality can be comparable to Dunkin, which is cheaper. I tend to tip every time because the window service is great, but then there's ingredients missing from my drink which ruins the overall experience.

I'm here twice. Once before a big camping trip and once as I had just gone through. Nice service both times. Campfire Mocha is the best drink of caribou. I have a bag of coffee and the lady on the back for me. I usually like to grind, but I didn't have a hand grinder for camping. Very nice. The second time I have a sandwich. It kind of fell apart when the guy in the oven pulled it out, but that wasn't entirely his fault, he put it back together and it was still good. Overall good trips. I'll come back to this Caribou when I go through this area.

I waited 30 minutes for my drink. The ride thru and 6 other people behind me saved their drinks. I went to the counter to ask for my drink, and the manager said we didn't have that order. Have a receipt, I said no, but I just ordered it, one can show you my bank account. I was told I needed a reception or a reorder and I couldn't get a refund. Reserva una mesa ahora

The interior is nice, staff is friendly and service is prompt. I don't enjoy the product so much, the drink I tried recently was a Matcha cooler with bubbles and it was not very tasty. Before that I tried a strawberry mango smoothie which tasted weird like artificial sweeteners. I also tried a decaffeinated chocolate cooler which was ok.

I buy from caribou religious and we ask for mixing and the amount of ice cream that on the bottom of our cups is ridiculous every time. I understand every time in a while, but the amount we pay for coffee should be mixed. We're just going to another caribou. The one from the Dam connects them very beautifully.

Friendly and fresh- we go out of our way to come to this location. The employees are always super friendly and give our pups treats. The drinks are made the same every time, you can guarantee that your go-to will be perfect always. I love coffee and appreciate having a good coffee shop close to home.

This is the second time I've spilled my coffee all over myself while driving. The lids aren't secured properly, and when I try to reattach them, they don't fit. It's scalding hot coffee, and for $8, I'd expect a cup that seals correctly.

Fast, friendly service. Really cool, woody atmosphere. Combine indoor and outdoor seats. Drinks for perfection. What else could you ask?
