We just left this caribou that we go to at least 3x’s per week and we were treated so poorly by an employee. This employee was extremely disrespectful and very rude. Our order was incorrect so we had to go back thru the drive thru. We waited for several minutes to be helped again and when we asked if our drink was made properly, she responded with, I don’t know. I didn’t make it. Who says this to a customer? I had to ask for her to confirm with the person that made the coffee to make sure the drink was correct. I really like this Caribou, which I have used for remote work recently. The staff is nice and they have mint tea and other non-coffee options which I like (too late in day for coffee). My daughter and I were ignored at the window until after our drinks were ready, and only then did the staff take payment. No greeting. I had on last week from another location and it tasted the same as previous drinks. but the one I got yesterday I swear I received the wrong drink the risk of using the drive thru. Service is always great. Staff seem happy and glad to see you. I can't go as often due to I am on social security and latte is a little spendy. But I go when I can.
