I never leave bad reviews but my order has been wrong twice in a two week period. My first time 10/28 I waited 40 minutes in the drive through to realize my Carmel nitro was missing Carmel. Instead of waiting another 40 minutes in the drive through line I decided to go in the store. The doors were locked and when I went to bang on the glass and try to yell that my order was wrong the staff looked at me and ignored me. Fast forward to today 11/8 I ordered two Carmel nitros and clarified my order 3 times in the intercom in the drive through to make sure the cashier heard me correctly. I've been going to this caribou for the past 6 years or so. They've been great until about several months ago, their service and coffee have started to become terrible. I usually order the same drinks (iced malted mocha), so i know when it doesn't taste/ look right. As of late, this drink hasn't been shaken up well. The chocolate syrup and malt sits at the bottom. I can't exactly mix this up myself with the straw. I didn't say anything the first few times. And the last few times when I did say something, I felt that the stuff at the bottom was scooped out and I was left with just milk and ice. The restaurant opens at 6 o'clock. I arrived at 6 o'clock and was told that the workers had just arrived and nothing had been started. I believe that when a restaurant opens at 6 o'clock, they should be ready for customers at that time. This time, I paid $5.79 for warm milk instead of the drink I ordered. I asked for less ice in my drink but it was full of ice. I also ordered a large drink, but only received 3/4 of a cup filled with mostly ice, so it was essentially the same size as a small drink. I am not sure what the standard is, but I do not feel like I received what I paid for and am disappointed.

Drive through only, was backed up like crazy. The line was moving though! Started with about 8 cars (multiple passengers in a few) ahead of me and it was fast, I don't think I was there more than 12 minutes. Staff were friendly and professional, couldn't tell they were being slammed with orders at all. They had both my orders up at the window right away without any mistakes or delays. Awesome Staff! An unexpected treat. I'm a Starbucks man but my wife gave me a gift card to Caribou.I arrive and the line moved quickly through the drive thru. Order was correct. As I prepared to pay the server informed me the person ahead paid for my order and the coffee is GOOD. What a surprise ?I'm off to an already blessed day! Thank you, whoever you are. I'm starting to pay forward myself.

We waited 15 minutes for our drinks and had to ask where they were. Even though people who arrived after us received their drinks sooner, it seemed like there was total confusion and no one in charge.

Lobby is closed which is just simply silly. Caribou has been going downhill lately. Focus on providing good quality drinks and allowing people inside your building.

This restaurant is not very friendly. It seems like all chain coffee shops have this problem. There is a large sign on the door that simply says "get out." Reserva una mesa ahora

the dine in the lounge area is the best by far. the chairs are high quality leather and so comfortable. great music. top of the line service.

Terrible service and under staffed for drive through only. Go somewhere else.
