I never leave bad reviews but my order has been wrong twice in a two week period. My first time 10/28 I waited 40 minutes in the drive through to realize my Carmel nitro was missing Carmel. Instead of waiting another 40 minutes in the drive through line I decided to go in the store. The doors were locked and when I went to bang on the glass and try to yell that my order was wrong the staff looked at me and ignored me. Fast forward to today 11/8 I ordered two Carmel nitros and clarified my order 3 times in the intercom in the drive through to make sure the cashier heard me correctly. The staff is amazing! The food is delicious and they have fantastic drinks that are always perfect, especially the frozen Matcha with no bubbles and extra whip! My partner loves the white berry mocha. They even have a poster in the drive-thru for pup cups and Polaroids of dogs (and a few cats) on display. I am definitely going back soon with my partner as we will be babysitting her brother's dog. Service: Delivery.
Drive through only, was backed up like crazy. The line was moving though! Started with about 8 cars (multiple passengers in a few) ahead of me and it was fast, I don't think I was there more than 12 minutes. Staff were friendly and professional, couldn't tell they were being slammed with orders at all. They had both my orders up at the window right away without any mistakes or delays. Awesome Staff!
An unexpected treat. I'm a Starbucks man but my wife gave me a gift card to Caribou.I arrive and the line moved quickly through the drive thru. Order was correct. As I prepared to pay the server informed me the person ahead paid for my order and the coffee is GOOD. What a surprise ?I'm off to an already blessed day! Thank you, whoever you are. I'm starting to pay forward myself.

We waited 15 minutes for our drinks and had to ask where they were. Even though people who arrived after us received their drinks sooner, it seemed like there was total confusion and no one in charge.
This breakfast meal was served cold and cost $5.49 for takeout. The price per person was between $10 and $20. The food received a rating of 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 3.
Lobby is closed which is just simply silly. Caribou has been going downhill lately. Focus on providing good quality drinks and allowing people inside your building.
This restaurant is not very friendly. It seems like all chain coffee shops have this problem. There is a large sign on the door that simply says "get out."

the dine in the lounge area is the best by far. the chairs are high quality leather and so comfortable. great music. top of the line service.
I recently enjoyed a brunch at this restaurant. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The service was excellent, rating a 5 out of 5.
