Bruegger's Bagels - Reserva de mesa

Friendly folks here, but whether the lobby is open has become so inconsistent makes me avoid this Caribou. When the store is open, the lobby door is sometimes locked, but there's no sign/indication that something is up. I then need to get back in the car and hop in the drive-through line.If they're short-staffed, I'd much rather them close the drive-through instead of the lobby, but if they can't do that, at least put a visible sign on the door so people know to avoid the lobby.

When using a drive-thru, you expect your food to be prepared and ready to eat. I have never been to a bagel shop where I had to put on my own cream cheese! I understand there may be staffing shortages, but please take the extra 20 seconds to put on the cream cheese instead of giving out little cream cheese cups and knives. Additionally, the bagels were not individually wrapped. I was really disappointed and will not be returning.

Waited in the drive through for a good minute and was ignored even after I pulled up to the window. I proceeded to park and try to walk in say as to I had 2 hours before they were supposed to actually close. Once I walked in I stood there while people just ignored me and acted as if I wasn’t there, until I asked someone if they could help me, and told me they were closed in a rude tone.

2nd time at this location everything about this location is awesome except the restroom; one of the room didn't have any toilet papers or paper towels could have been better. Well be visiting quite often for drinks and dine in. Can get super busy around 9AM but later it mellow down as well for seating its not that busy you can find many table open for your convenience. it's really cold inside. I guess like 58 degrees thermostat says 68, but there's no way. the sensor must be above a boiler! haha

I mean, it's Caribou... expect good and friendly service, delicious drinks, and consistency across-the-board.

Had an amazing experience here. Best latte I’ve ever had, my barista Mckenna was amazing. Love this location.
