I absolutely love the cinnamon sugar bagels paired with strawberry cream cheese from this restaurant, but I found their cinnamon and sugar bagels to be quite different and a bit messy. On the bright side, the dining area is very clean. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and the exceptionally kind and friendly customer service from the staff and baristas. Even though I'm not a coffee drinker, I really enjoy their white hot chocolate with a hint of peppermint and topped with white chocolate shavings on the whipped cream. Friendly folks here, but whether the lobby is open has become so inconsistent makes me avoid this Caribou. When the store is open, the lobby door is sometimes locked, but there's no sign/indication that something is up. I then need to get back in the car and hop in the drive-through line.If they're short-staffed, I'd much rather them close the drive-through instead of the lobby, but if they can't do that, at least put a visible sign on the door so people know to avoid the lobby.
Waited in the drive through for a good minute and was ignored even after I pulled up to the window. I proceeded to park and try to walk in say as to I had 2 hours before they were supposed to actually close. Once I walked in I stood there while people just ignored me and acted as if I wasn’t there, until I asked someone if they could help me, and told me they were closed in a rude tone.
Ignored me at their door, didn't answer phone call. Lobby opens at 11:00 but I have a high roof van and couldn't enter drive thru. Phone couldn't download app. Tried to get their attention to see if they could accept me but i was just ignored.

it's really cold inside. I guess like 58 degrees thermostat says 68, but there's no way. the sensor must be above a boiler! haha
Had an amazing experience here. Best latte I’ve ever had, my barista Mckenna was amazing. Love this location.
I mean, it's Caribou... expect good and friendly service, delicious drinks, and consistency across-the-board.
