I rarely give 5 stars to any fast food chain, but Carl's Jr. truly deserves it, especially for their excellent drive-thru service. This was the first time I genuinely enjoyed fast food since my childhood days at McDonald's. The Carl's Jr. location I visited offered amazing food. I tried the Double Six Dollar Jalapeño Burger combo from their menu, and it was cooked to perfection with fantastic flavors. The cross-cut fries were a perfect reddish-brown, well-seasoned, and brought back memories of the crispy, irresistible fries McDonald's used to serve. Based on the owner's response, I felt it was necessary to adjust my rating. I unfortunately had to work most of Thanksgiving Day and didn't ensure I had a meal planned for the evening. This left me with the choice of either eating a ready meal or finding a restaurant that was open. Luckily, Carl's Jr. was available, and I was able to enjoy a proper meal instead of a frozen dinner.
However, it's worth noting that the staff seemed a bit tired, which I can't blame them for—they were working on Thanksgiving, after all. I couldn't go inside to fully experience the atmosphere, which is why I'm giving a rating of 4 out of 5 instead of a perfect 5.

I decided to give this overpriced fast food place a try, and it turned out to be a mistake. I ordered two burgers, and one of them looked like it had been through a battle—mangled and torn. I also got chicken strips, which were old and cold. My meal included a drink, but it tasted like the syrup was running low. This location is poorly managed and charges premium prices for subpar food. You're better off going somewhere else; the food was overall quite disappointing.
I wish I could rate this restaurant a zero. The drive-thru claims to be open 24 hours, but last night, the staff inside completely ignored my order. They didn’t even acknowledge my presence or explain why they wouldn’t take my order. Instead, they were just inside laughing and pretending to clean. I ended up going across the street to McDonald's, where I had an excellent experience.

We requested ranch for our jalapeño poppers and BBQ and honey mustard sauces for our fries, but were told the manager instructed staff not to give them out for free due to excessive plastic waste. As a result, we had to pay for the sauces. Seriously?!
This Carl's Jr. had a guy working his tail off at midnight. He was the only employee there and managed to prepare three meals in about 15 minutes. Incredible service from this man—10/10, highly recommend this Carl's Jr. The food was amazing!
I'm amazed this restaurant is still in business. Every time I've been here, it's been empty. Just yesterday, there were no other customers dining with us. It felt like there were more kitchen staff than actual diners.
This is the best Carl's Jr I've visited in terms of food quality. However, I have to take away a star because there were no napkins in the bag!
