The sign said they close at 11, but when we arrived at 10:27, a woman began taking our order before suddenly turning off her headset. We waited for 15 minutes even though it wasn’t 11 yet. When we finally reached the window, the employees were nowhere to be seen—they were hiding, and no one appeared to be working. The service was awful!
I arrived at Carl's Jr. at exactly 10:00 p.m. on Monday, October 3rd, only to be told by a rude employee that they were closed, despite the sign outside clearly stating they’re open 24 hours. The service was terrible, and I will never return to this location—or likely any Carl's Jr.—because of the employee’s disrespectful attitude.
No one is foolish enough to pay $43 for three Western cheeseburger combos. The cashier didn’t even show me the receipt. Seems like an attempt to overcharge customers. I hope it’s worth risking your job, cashier! The combo is $11 each, so three should definitely be no more than $33. Nice try, lady.
I had the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant at this chain, and I would not recommend dining at any of their locations. I will not be returning. Reserva una mesa ahora
