Carl's Jr. is a fantastic dining spot! The ambiance is pleasant and the establishment is very clean. However, there are two individuals at the front—I'm not sure if they are supervisors or cashiers—but their appearance makes you feel like they should pull up their pants and fix their hair. This gives off a negative impression and doesn't reflect well on the restaurant's reputation. On the bright side, the menu features exceptional food!
I enjoy this location, but today I was met with an automated voice at the drive-thru. I can't stand these automated systems and will not support a business that relies on them. It feels disrespectful and dehumanizing. As long as they continue to use an automated voice, I will take my business elsewhere.
Employee there clearly did not want to take our order late at night even though they were still open. They tried lying saying they only accepted cash at that time and when we said we had cash and tried to order food, they lied about being out of fried zucchini and the milkshake machine being broken .
I ordered a guacamole burger with no lettuce tomatoes or bacon it had all 3 then when I pulled it out of the bag it was so poorly wrapped that it fell into my lap the employe working drive thru was very rude and does not pay attention to orders. Reserva una mesa ahora
Thanks to the coupons from the weekly ads, I frequently take advantage of the buy-one-get-one-free burger deal. I sometimes treat myself to a shake, but I've never tried a combo meal. It's fantastic to be able to enjoy two meals for under $10!
This Carl's Jr. location in Tustin consistently provides outstanding food. I also appreciate the coupons I get in the mail! The drive-thru staff are always friendly and accommodating!
I had a vegan burger, which was good, but Burger King offers much better flavor for a little extra cost.
