5 years ago Raw burgers 1 Month ago 7 chicken starts instead of 9 3 weeks ago Cold chicken starts and again 5 chicken starts instead of 6. It makes me laugh to think we will eat that. The staff wouldn’t eat it why would they make us eat it and give us attitude when we tell them to fix it. I live by the area and that place is always empty. Due to staff giving attitude. Bad food. Had really poor service at night multiple times. One time they had trouble with someone’s order and they took forever but instead of asking them to pull out into a parking space, they made us all wait behind them while our food got cold. More recently they were open and someone was inside but they never responded to the drive thru speaker. Probably understaffed. The one that’s down East chapman a couple blocks is way better. Edit: 1:20pm on a Thursday. They’re supposed to be open 24/7. Thick gentleman on the drive thru said they’re closed. He watched me drive away with dull eyes. No customer service. Embarrassing, even for fast food.
This Carl's Jr., USED TO BE a nice, clean place to eat... However, their Bathroom's smell like raw sewage, apparently, because the plumber has been waiting on a part for ~1 month! Owner Manager, it is time to get a new plumber and get your business back to an acceptable level that draws customers into the doors, rather than chasing them away.

On 1/28/24 (Sunday night) my friend and I came to this establishment. The employee running the register looked high on something and my friend's burger took 30 minutes to arrive. Once it did arrive, it was pink and severely undercooked. I revoked my order upon this and my friend got his money back too.
Stay away from this location; you’ll end up with food poisoning and your car will get broken into by the homeless that live near. They should be sued for incompetence and lack of any sense
Every time I visit this location, the food is always fresh and hot, the crew is very friendly, and the place is very clean. Outstanding service!!
