The most frustrating part is getting home with your order only to discover that your burger is incomplete. Mine was missing cheese, mayo, onions, and tomatoes. I ended up with just buns, meat, mustard, and lettuce on my Double Super Star with cheese. To make matters worse, I was the only customer there when I placed my order. How could they mess it up? I also noticed that the owner only responds to positive reviews, which seems telling. As mentioned in a previous post, their onion rings aren't great either. Carl's Jr. just doesn't have the same prestige it once did.
The staff member who took my order this morning was incredibly polite and accommodating! I encountered some issues with the app while trying to redeem an offer (it kept glitching), but she kindly honored the offer at the window after I had some trouble. I really appreciate her help in getting me a delicious breakfast at such a great price!
Every time I place an order at the drive-thru, they take my order, process my payment, and then ask me to pull over and wait in the parking lot for my food. After that, I often find myself waiting over 15 minutes for my meal. It feels like a tactic to manage their wait times, but it's a frustrating way to treat drive-thru customers.
I had a fantastic experience at Carl's Jr.! The service provided by manager Claudia was outstanding—she recommended all the special dishes I was interested in, and I truly appreciated her attentiveness.

It's easy to notice many loyal customers at Carl's Jr., which says a lot about the place—I'm proud to be one of them. The menu offers a great variety that keeps me coming back time and again.
Sharon was incredibly helpful and kind to my family and me. I will definitely be returning to this Carl's Jr. because of the excellent service Sharon provided.
The fries at Carl's Jr. are consistently hot and crispy. Really delicious.
