I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. As a commercial driver, my 13'6" truck can't fit through the 9' max drive-thru, so I usually have to place my order at the window. Most of the time, the staff is decent, but occasionally I have to make some adjustments. However, this location truly welcomed my situation; they allowed me to place my order at the window while I was walking over, and my food was served hot and fresh. It was a brilliant experience! They even reassured me that I’m always welcome with my big truck. I will definitely come back every time I deliver to Santa Fe Springs. Utilized the drive thru for a quick lunch. Staff was friendly, quick and efficient. Salvador really stood out for taking the time to engage. He was knowledgeable about their beyond burgers (not impossible burgers) and was also very professional. He deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
