Carolina Cafe & Bar

We happened upon this restaurant in Brunswick and were pleasantly surprised by its unique setup in a former shoe store. The staff was friendly, the menu was great, and the coffee was excellent. When our food arrived, it was delicious. Melbourne is fortunate to have such high-quality dining options.

the avocado, edamame and exalted on sourdough was a beautiful high protein spin on smashed avo. the visual presentation was excellent with beautiful and fast service. servier sizes are huge. my friend had the chili scrambble and said it was great, but couldn't finish it! I'd be back here.

This restaurant is fantastic as a cafe and even better as a bar. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, especially in the cozy courtyard. The bar staff are exceptional. I would recommend this place for relaxed drinks, romantic dates, and friendly get-togethers. A+ rating.

Hadn't been here for a few years, but it's still as good as I remember! The staff were friendly and attentive, my chicken tandoori burger was excellent and the outdoor courtyard is always so lovely. I'm definitely not going to leave it as long before I go back! Reserva una mesa ahora

Carolina is often pumping, but the staff are always on top of it with great service and consistently good coffee. The food has been great every time (The okonomiyaki fritters were amazing this weekend), and the ambience and fitout is gorgeous. Love this place!
