I can summarize this taco bell in a word nope. never again. last order from this restaurant ended with my son after stony brook hospital where he was diagnosed with food poisoning. I've never seen anyone get so violently sick in a few hours. Apart from this last visit, the waiting time on the running gear thru is in the regular very long and long. the personal is not friendly and appears as if it is just a job and not really own to their responsibility or maybe just don't care. the prices are, however, even cheaper than other almost food competitors.
I was out this evening, November 28th, around 7:45 p.m., and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation to the guys at the window—you know who you are! I enjoy this Taco Bell because it's just a short drive from my home, but it can get quite busy. I recommend arriving before 7 PM, as the line is usually shorter around 5 PM on weekdays. They tend to have a shift change around that time. The food is good, and the breakfast is decent. Just be prepared for larger crowds during breakfast hours and on weekends. Overall, it's worth a try—great breakfast options at good prices!
The workers here move extremely slow. I’ve been to many Taco Bell’s and this is by far the slowest. No matter how few people are there they have no urgency to compete the orders in a timely fashion. The store can be empty and it will still take them 10 min to make your order

taco the worst they bark around. each. single. time. 45 minutes while driving. no sweat. Go somewhere else. Can't seem to get it together. It's not that hard. it's tacos.

Expect to wait about 45 minutes in line at the drive-thru. The service at this Taco Bell location in Longwest is the worst compared to any other Taco Bell on Long Island.
I was able to receive the order in exactly one hour. and really all my work was delayed. I didn't like this place at all. I never recommend.
