Carvel - Reservar una mesa

I went out of my way to come here, since they were open until 11, while almost all other Carvels I saw close at 10, which I thought was cool. Came here a week after my birthday, with a coupon good for a free soft serve cone. The coupon was good through 5/6, the day I visited, as the picture shows. The woman behind the counter said that it needed to be my birthday today to get the free cone. I explained to her how that made no sense, because the coupon clearly indicates that

Love this place. My son is Gluten Free and finding a tasty cake that GF and reasonably priced is difficult. This place is so accommodating and even if you call them the last minute. The cake is beautiful and always a hit with the young and old. You cannot ask for more. The store manager, Linda is superb. Easy to deal with and she truly understands customers concerns and wishes. I am grateful for this place.

What happened to this restaurant ? It smells really bad in here and is extremely dirty( smell like a sneeze or bacteria) . Please fix this restaurant the previous owners made sure this restaurant was in tip top shape with the freshest ice cream coming out of the machines now I refuse to return to the store until something is done by the smell.

The service sucked and the place was small. Selection was limited and i felt that they just wanted my money and for me to get out of their store after they got what they wanted. Would not recommend anyone to go there unless you didn't have a choice.

Took long and after 2 toppings on a banana float the additional toppings are 60cents each per topping but had promotion of buy one and get one half off Wednesday is buy Sunday get one free
