Carvel never disappoints! Simone has been making my son’s cakes for 9 years! From car cakes, pictures and other artwork, it has always been a pleasure to see my son’s smile for his favorite dessert! I no longer live in the area and will always travel 45mins for the quality of service and product! The service is seamless and swift!!! I will always be grateful for the exceptional service! Love this place. Been going since I was in highschool, and adore their classic peanut butter sundae dasher! It?s seriously is great, and the workers are the greatest. I?m happy to be somewhat of a regular, and proud to call this my favorite ice creamshop! Brought a girl here as our first date, and now she?s my fiancé the ice cream is magical ?
I asked the employee to prepare my ice dessert with wet walnuts and extra whipped cream, without a lid. However, the female server packed my dessert tightly in the cup with a lid, added less whipped cream than I requested, and even overcharged me! It's frustrating to see that these young workers need more training.
I ask the worker to make my ice dessert ???? with wet walnuts and lots of whip cream two ???? no lid. WHAT THE FEMALE SERVER SMASHED MY DESSERT DOWN IN THE CUP WITH A LID AND SHORTED ON THE WHIP CREAM AND OVEE CHARGED ME!! SMH!! THESE YOUNG KIDS WORKINGTHERE NEED MORE TRAINING.
