The kid with red hair is worthless. No hi. Hello. How you doing. Didn’t ask if I needed a bag so I asked. He then took his time and then left the bag on his side of the counter. Didn’t hand it to me. Didn’t push it to me. Nothing. No thank you. No have a good night. Just walked away and left the bag for me to reach under the divider and grab. As I’m typing this review I see him in the office sitting on the chair with his head back.
This has always been one of our favorite places for pizza, until recently. The last 2 weekends the pizzas were overcooked with crust tasting burnt. The toppings were sparse. While we were waiting to pick up our order we saw a cheese pizza that was absolutely black being sliced and put in the box for pick up. I hope this review gets some attention, I will hate to drive farther to get pizza.
It people are nice. The pizza slices are kind of chashy (I think) and I would say a bit spices the other prices on things (except the beer) are kind of high too. The gas is alright tho. That's why gave an honest 3 and if it were not for the people who work there I really don't know if I would go there at all.
The service was absolutely terrible. I was told they were “too busy” to prepare food for the warmers, yet I saw one of the cooks just standing around. When I called to ask for the general manager's name, I was informed that it was a HIPAA violation. I had no idea Casey's was a medical office! Reserva una mesa ahora
The pizza is tasty, but on my last few visits to the Monmouth location, I've noticed that my order hasn't even been started by the time it's five minutes past the estimated ready time.
Better than the average Casey's pizza and clean restrooms most of the time. Great staff with friendly service and a good attitude!
I was supposed to buy one large at regular price and get second large half off. They charged me full price for both.
