Popped in with my family because two of us are Gluten free and we know that they make some pretty great cakes. I actually left to stand outside because the girl on the till was so rude it made me not want to buy anything! She asked us no less than four times if we were all together and then demanded to know if we had decided what to get yet and was just generally very brusque and not at all a good representative for this little cafe.
Every time we are in the area we come here to have a cake or 2 with a drink, we always get some cakes to takeaway aswell. We love the raw healthy bakes (snickerlicious, big up brownies, the little frozen cheesecakes,power bombs) they are all super tasty! Also the normal cheesecakes, the crack pies, traybakes, sponge cakes are all very nice. We dont often find a place which do true homemade cakes like here.
Very disappointed to find that all the cakes were frozen. Went on Saturday morning for cake as knew they did options for vegan and gluten free. Server asked if we wanted to sit in or takeaway when we said takeaway we were told that was just as well as the cakes were still solid frozen in the middle. Very disappointing cobsidering the price and reputation would expect fresh baked produce.
A real community business where I would always choose to spend my money . This shop has done so much for the local community and charities and helped transform the area. The ethics are amazing and the cakes absolutely gorgeous we use them for business and for just yummy cakes for ourselves and they made a fabulous wedding cake for us incredible Reserva una mesa ahora
This is the most wonderful little cake shop. Lots to choose from and the gluten and dairy free cakes were delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful advising on the various cakes available for those with special dietary needs. First time I have found such a choice.
Absolutely love Caz’s and can’t recommend it enough! Great for eating in, taking away, or made to order cakes for birthdays etc. There’s also lots of healthier options which are refined sugar free but still taste amazing! We especially love the Berry Pine Nut!!
Delicious cakes and coffee from this Hip cake shop tucked away in a little back street in Crosby. Make the effort to find it you will not be disappointed. Friendly staff and they sell a range of jams from fruit grown on their own allotment.
