Christine Canac is a sommelier by trade, and she also serves delicious charcuterie and tapas in this lovely wine cave. Christine is a charming hostess, and takes great pride in sourcing the best of local produce. The goat's cheese and local honey is superb, as is the tapenade selection. Christine's wine suggestions are always perfect, and it's a great place to while away a long lunch. Check the opening hours for meals, as they have changed recently.
A small exceptional place ideally placed and full of charm. The managers warmly welcomed us and a gigantic table was even released for the occasion. The know-how is obvious and the products are really tasty. There thisna is melting and the watermelon sorbet is just amazing. An address not to be missed in Bedarieux! Thank you, Christine.
Top! Products served extra, of quality, fresh and dripping! Arrived by chance on Bedarieux, we were greeted with a smile; Moreover the excellent wine, the albacore tuna with herbs a feast! The balls of melons and tomatoes burrata a tuerie! We will not return by chance the next time...
