We enjoyed the dishes of the menu worthy of a starry but on the wine side it was disappointing the sommelier did not at any time ask our preferences in wine and none was really disappointed in our tastes for the requested price more he said big words when he realized that we had received the dish and that he had not yet served us the wine. Of course we compare with the Ill Inn in Illhausern where everything was up to our expectations.
Beautiful setting and meals of good quality but deplorable service: the guests of the table are served in the dish not allowing to eat together, a dish served at the table but waiting for more than 10 minutes to have the plate, vegetables or salad served 20 minutes after the meat... never seen! Arrival at 1pm and end of the meal at 4pm with only dish and dessert... We won't come back
Very well in general, the facilities of the bathroom are perhaps a little limited for a hotel of this standing. The decoration of the rooms is perhaps too sober and lacks a little cachet for an ancient Alsatian house
