Ordered 3 donna kebab Turns up stone cold forgot to put Garlic mayonnaise in the wrap and forgot to put 2 pots Of garlic mayonnaise and chilly sauce in the bag !!!! this is the second time and we have given charcoal grill another chance the lady on the phone is on another planet all want Straight in the bin DONT NOT ORDERED FROM HERE the best kebab in sittingbourne is is Aida but don’t deliver but Finally realised it’s worth the drive
My food had clearly been sitting around for a while, chips were rock hard, the salad was no way fresh and the meat was rank. We chose empty bellies instead of dodgy ones and left it. Didn't bother calling to complain as the staff are so rude.. the way they speak to their female staff stinks, worse than their food. Never again will I order from this place, I cant see it staying open for long with the grub they are serving up.
I called the restaurant and the person who answered was extremely rude and aggressive. He did not listen to me and began yelling when I asked him to listen. The doner I ordered had no sauce, as usual, and the salad was not fresh. The food was also too salty. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and the behavior of the staff.
Food delivered an hour and 10 minutes after ordering when our house was like 15 minutes away. It came warm chips tasted far too vinegary and worse of all a HAIR found in the meat! Last time we order from there unless compensation for that is given! Reserva una mesa ahora
My friend and I ordered some shish kebabs and they were delicious! They were probably the best I have ever had. The chili sauce was also really nice and gave my mouth a fiery kick. We will definitely be ordering from this place again.
The staff at this restaurant lacks any interest in providing customer service. Next time, we will choose to go to the restaurant down the road where the employees are always friendly.
Food was delivered cold. The pitta was wet inedible, went in the bin !!! Would never recommend this or order again !! Only gave one star as I had to put something.
