I hadn't been to Charley's in quite some time, so I thought I'd give it a try while I was waiting for my movie. However, the experience was a bit disappointing. The cashier seemed bothered by my order from the moment I walked up. He interrupted my greeting with a curt "What can I get for you?" After I placed my order, he continued texting on his phone, which was frustrating. When he told me the total, I got the money ready, but he didn't even notice as I stood there with my hand out waiting for him to complete the transaction. On a positive note, the cooks were very friendly, but the cashier could certainly improve his attentiveness.
This is the best restaurant I’ve ever visited! I will definitely return every time I'm in the area. The only downside was the staff; they were a bit unfriendly. It was my first time dining here, and the woman at the counter made the ordering process somewhat confusing, particularly regarding the pricing for a sub compared to a meal. However, the food was truly outstanding!
I specifically visit the mall for Charley's. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. During my latest visit, I noticed the cook adding cheese to my sandwich. When I asked if it was meant for me—since I was clearly the only customer—she quickly made a new sandwich for me without hesitation. They're amazing!
Food was great. They just forgot to give me my drink.. I ordered from uber... they refuse to give me my money back. I don't understand any of it. Horrible experience ordering online. Ordered from countryside mall in Clearwater FL.. and again I used uber. Horrible service.. if they forget to give you a item they won't refund you.

The food was delicious, but I think Edith would benefit from taking a food preparation class to learn proper handwashing techniques. It's crucial to wash hands frequently when handling food, even when wearing gloves. I feel it's important to bring this to the manager's attention.
Not even close!!! I'm from The Philadelphia area and I've grown up eating the best cheesesteaks made and yours doesn't make the cut at all!!!!!
Waited in line for 10 minutes. Rediculous, i would of left but car behind me. Worat service ever. Hire more peopls.

The food is freshly prepared, and you can't go wrong with the ultimate fries. Imelda was incredibly sweet!
Edith and Esteban were incredibly helpful! They made my experience at Charley's much more enjoyable!
