Charleys Philly Steaks

I appreciate that the food is hot, but what is the point of pick-up? if sandwiches are not least done and only prepare drinks and fries. The sandwich manufacturer was rude. I made a mistake to say the wrong sandwich type, and they showed me their screen and it said exactly what I said. I understand you're busy!

If you think pickup and preorder, do not order and then wait until they cook it. The guy said they didn't prepare it because the driver wasn't there. What a lame excuse!
