Currently, the restaurant is listed as open for delivery or pickup, but when I arrived at 3:17 to collect my order, the entire site was shut down for the holidays. I was able to make my payment, but now CashApp won’t refund me until they reopen and I can get in touch with them. I’d appreciate some assistance with this issue. If I could receive assistance and have this resolved, I would be more than happy to update my review to 5 stars, as I truly love Charleys!
The food is tasty, but the service is extremely slow. Despite having three staff members on duty, it took us 35 minutes to receive our order of three sandwiches and fries, which they initially promised would only take 5-10 minutes. I've never experienced such a long wait at Subway, even with just one person working!
I'm not sure if Charleys Cheesesteaks has changed ownership, but it has become an unpleasant place to dine. The fries and onion rings were overcooked and inedible, sitting in oil, and there seemed to be only about a third of the fries that used to fill the tray. I won't be returning. 10/14/22
Older black guy claimed he was the owner is rude and disrespectful. My daughter asked him to put on gloves and he lost his shyt. We ended up getting a refund for entire meals. He did put on gloves after he realized he was being recorded. Reserva una mesa ahora
They claim to serve the "#1 cheesesteaks in the world," but I have to say it's far from that ranking. It's decent, but definitely not number one—or even number two. Honestly, it might not even be in the top three. It's quite misleading.
I got a chicken Philly, it had more cheese and bread than anything. There was barley any meat in it. The service and staff were great. It was just the sandwich that makes this review so
The service was speedy when taking my order, but the food was incredibly bland—like eating cardboard. There was no salt or flavor at all. Even the fries were without salt.

Cheese steak was ok. Staff did not explain how order works. No information that toppings can be chosen. They should make offers.
