"Every penny worth it. If you run another mill regularly $30 steak go to Longhorn or something. If you want better, come here. Filets, lobster bisque and pasta are of the highest quality. All we had was excellent, and atmosphere and service deserve the 5-star rating."

We often go to Charlie Gittos. Usually the food is delicious and the service is wonderful. We usually have Matt as a server and he always does a wonderful job. Tonight was different. That's why I gave only 4 stars. Today's experience deserves 0 stars. We had a server called Karen. She was terrible. She brought our food cold, and then I had to wait 10 minutes for steak sauce. When we asked for steak sauce a second time, it was rude. I guess Matt as a server gave us high expectations for Charlie Gittos. This experience definitely fell far below what we use. I really hope that was just a bad night for them and will not be as our service is always. If this is the next time, we will not come back.
I have 17 today. My niece's birthday celebrated. What a beautiful setup! The staff was very friendly and friendly, which is rare nowadays. The food was amazing....fine it Italian! The hotel is located in Hollywood Casino in Maryland Heights, MO. My only drawback was the overwhelming scent of cigarette smoke that came from the casino area to the restaurant. A beautiful event/experience no less. I recommend the Lasagna and the signature spaghetti and meatball dishes! I'm sorry I was eaten halfway before I realized I didn't take pictures of my food)
Was there for a family birthday dinner. Grill chicken pizza was. The birthday cake was a cake that was also great. Your waterglass always has ice and is never empty. The service was amazing. If you've never been before, the menus will be separated. Like, there is no mixed drink menu, but a wine menu. You have that, but you have to ask. And the dessert menu is also separated. All you have to ask. But it was great, really great!
