Very beautiful room in the upper category, a large bathroom on the second floor of the castle. We were greeted to dinner by Chief Stephane Roesch who cares about us and other customers throughout the evening, as I had never seen a leader do. In small care for us, we have experienced a true culinary experience. Breakfast is to choose the day before in order to avoid buffets or you must throw away and it is very well. Short circuit for products, partnerships with local producers, we have regaled and will return for both smiles and taste buds.

We went to the restaurant. The experience was unbelievably good for the price you pay. Etiquette is well maintained by servers but they are not at all denigrating, everyone would feel welcome. The food was out of this world. The tenderness of the meats, different flavours very well balanced and paired with fantastic wines and champagnes. We spent 90 euros per person for mise en bouche, entree, the main, cheese and desert. This was also with wines/champagne with almost every course.

A must-have restaurant in Vichy and its surroundings, with a renewed card regularly! This time I chose Saint-Jacques in the entrance, a wild fish cruncher in the dish, cheese and a sphinx way JPR (it's a family secret) for dessert, and I loved from beginning to end! The Chef and his team in the room are simply adorable of kindness and convenience, and we feel good in this restaurant room. Bravo to the whole team!

It is by chance that we found ourselves at the chateau restaurant! And what a good chance! A warm welcome, a frank handful by the chef, a very neat and pleasant environment, impeccable service and... a delight for taste buds! Fresh products, dishes full of flavors... On the road to Vichy, the Bost Castle has interpelled us to make a culinary stopover. We had a warm and frank welcome by Chef Roesch who shared his talents and his love of the French gastronomic terroir, with just what it takes of originality. I do not forget the service that was also impeccable. A very good time, I highly recommend.

I only stayed here with my family for 1 evening. The rooms were all very clean and comfortable. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the food is amazing. I really recommend eating the breakfast and dinner at the Chateau! Lots of space for parking too. Great!

Reserved a Sunday noon for a big family meal we loved! The setting is very beautiful, quiet, the reception is very warm. The chef has a lot of humor and made our meal very enjoyable. The dishes are hearty and perfect. Thank you for everything!!!
