I should have put this up a long time ago but I ate there about a year ago. If I remember correctly they had just opened just a few days before. Although the place was beautiful and much better than the Kentucky fried chicken that was there before which that place was a joke and I was so glad when it shut down) all I could say is I would never eat there again. Seen their ads on Facebook. Finally tried it out. Food tasted ok, passable but not to die for, service was good. Only two complaints was it's on the expensive side $11-12 for just a sandwich at a fast food place) and the outside building parking lot looks dilapidated. Personally I won't get again, but it's worth a try if you're craving a patty melt.
The place is trash. How anyone have it more than 1 star is beyond me. Between the weird/undercooked food, the terrible service and the stomach cramps after. Look at the menu, which I don't have a picture of, the prices are crazy for what they offer! Avoid this place!! The best thing about it is that there is plenty of parking.

Finally decided to stop and try it after a year or so of driving past it and was not disappointed. Their cheesesteak sandwich was surprisingly good. The property outside unfortunately does not look like it's maintained well, and the place looks like it's on the verge of closing. Definitely give it a shot before it does.
It's definitely worth the trip to Melville every time. The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and laid-back. I'm really hoping this place makes a comeback because I can't stop craving the mac-a-rito! My dad and I often visit for lunch and occasionally for dinner too.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. It seems like anyone who enjoys it might have lost their sense of taste! Perhaps they're in the process of renovating the kitchen, and I hope they start making fresh-cut fries and switch to authentic NY or Wisconsin cheeses.
