The charcuterie is exceptional, the tomatoes, salads and other vegetable garden are delicious, the lamb cooked with wood fire is magical and I don't even speak of the zucchini blossom doughs that sublimate our taste buds! In short, a feast from beginning to end of the meal for an unbeatable value/price ratio (especially that wine is also included). a restaurant not to be missed with welcoming and passionate patrons. We've been there every year for 10 years and nothing changes, thank you for everything!
We were looking for a Corsican tradition restaurant and found it nestled in the village of periphery near Ajaccio. First, the welcome is very warm and thoughtful. The setting is superb: a large shaded terrace, traditional furniture . and the kitchen .... a delight .... a Corsican soup, cannellonis, zucchini blossom doughs, gigot, cheese and a dessert.a very beautiful summer evening in this restaurant that knows how to receive its guests and especially awaken taste buds with its authentic cuisine.
we, we like to arrive early (service starts at 8:00 pm) to admire the sunset on the opposite mountains. So it's a magical place. the Corsican meal of seraphim is a forced passage when you are in the valley of the gravone. the menu is super copyy but of quality. From the soup to the digestive myrtle liqueur, to the zucchini flowers donuts, you can enjoy it. wine is really home but meat is extra. Anyway, a great evening. Don't change the seraphim! also valid for his smiling wife.
We had a very good evening, the setting is frankly pleasant. Surrounded by vegetation, in the light of magnifying glass and oil lamp, we enjoyed the meal that is excellent: soup, zucchini doughnuts, choice between cannelloni (brown or meat) and stuffed vegetables, roast lamb and potatoes, cheese, homemade dessert, wine at will for 50€/person is unparalleled so much beautiful and good! I strongly recommend this restaurant to the warm welcome and to the impeccable service.

we had read very positive reviews but we were disappointed... Slow service, portions of certain dishes too abundant and of other scarce (cannelloni were only 2 and potatoes roasted a few), good quality but not excellent. in short for 50€ per person we expected more bike! There are other restaurants in the area where at the same price you eat much better.
on the advice of our murial friend we booked a table in this establishment located in the mountains. We had a great time, and we chose from each of the dishes offered in the menu.From dessert entries, everything was perfect. A thousand thanks for this evening that we will renew with great pleasure.
very friendly staff. Nice frame. However, a little waiting, excessive prices for the simplicity of the meal. tourists will appreciate more than the premises.
