Chic Chicken - Reserva de mesa

We saw a Black Friday sign and decided to try the special. We waited in line for our turn. Only to discover that the special was for take-out only. However NONE of the signs indicated that the special was for take-out-only, hence we wasted our time waiting and were refused a sale. We attempted to talk to the manager but he did not bother to clarify further that the special was for take-away-only even if he did admit this was not indicated. A somewhat dismal experience; little things make a big difference and promising a special and adding small unprinted text to it is something quite unfriendly.

I used to use Chic Chicken for 8 or 9 years as there were no KFC's in Switzerland.It was not a bad substitute for KFC- I was sad when it shut down, as I then had to go to France and Germany. Now since December 5th 2017 the new KFC has opened next to the main railway station in Geneva I have an excuse to come down to Geneva again from north Switzerland. Always worth a day out for the city and decent chicken.

It is really a shame that I got menu of fillet mignon on Sunday night and the chicken meat was spoiled. It tasted strange and obviously the meat was not fresh with a bad smell. I wrote to the shop via email but no response so far. It’s sad as it’s one of the few spots where you could get comfort food at late night. I hope this rings the alarm!!

Good value for money, food was also very good. Recommend the chicken wrap.
