Chick-fil-a - Reserva de mesa

The staff at Chick-fil-A really made our visit to the restaurant located across the street from East Towne Mall very enjoyable. We had 4 children and 2 adults. The cashier was very patient making sure we had the order correct before taking our payment.Even though noon hour, there was plenty of seating inside restaurant. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. The staff didwalk through restaurant asking diners if they needed refills, condiments, etc. Which was very nice. They do have a play areathat the kids enjoyed. The only downfall is the menu has limited options for people with food sensitivities. Great experienceand highly recommend.

Waited 30 minutes to receive order. Absolutely no parking. We did not recieve the drinks we ordered despite them being on the receipt. All of the patties we ordered grilled were served fried, despite it saying on the receipt that we orderedgrilled. Kitchen staff was clearly not paying attention. On top of the wrong order, we received a few other things labeledDRIVE THRU that didn't even belong to us. Utterly ridiculous, I'm not going to this location for quite some time. Second timegoing here this month they forgot both our sides and salad toppings. Very disappointed to receive such poor service again. ????

Nice location but there's room for improvement on order confirmation like asking of name not the always order; the reason being that one could have the same order like someone else. Tonight, a short kept asking about the order I placed but still couldn't pull it out after saying it twice and I initially offered to say my name. Finally, she pulled it up after I said my name; she just made it weird. Either she didn't know she was doing or she just doesnt hear that well; it looks like the former.

This was our first time stopping somewhere for food in Madison and let me tell you, Shirley made our experience AMAZING. She gave us the best recommendations and made great conversation while also making it a quick and easy transaction. She alsomentioned that it was slower in the morning and she had spent time cleaning (we love a clean store). We will definitely be backjust to see Shirley. Reserva una mesa ahora

We have came to this location multiple times and have always had a great experience. Amazing customer service. Always very friendly. Food is always fresh and really good. Never have had a messed up order. Price is always great. Service is alwaysquality and fast also! They even have a kids play area which is a plus for families. 100% recommend this location to anyone.

the food was warm. although there was a tonne order, eating was not freshly made. they would think with high demand that everything would come from the grill to them immediately. but that was not the case. we ordered four meals and all had half warm meals. mcdonald gives you at least hot food, and I'm not sure what the big thing about the waffle frying is.

we got caught. on a road trip and after eating a delicious lunch we came back to our car and our power steering went out! daniel and javier went over and beyond to help us find out everything. our heroes! 10/10 recommend to eat and break here:
