Chick-fil-a - Reservar una mesa

The quality of Chick-fil-A has gone downhill. If my kids didn?t love this place, we would never eat here. The staff don?t know the policies about the food and customizations. They constantly get the orders wrong, the line is always super long and the staff aren?t as friendly as they use to be. I order the same thing every time we come. It can?t possibly be that hard to work at a fast food restaurant, give ppl what they ask and PAY for and move on right???!

I don?t normally post bad reviews but if you?re gluten free, make sure you check that they actually give you your food. This is the second time I?ve ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun and they gave me the bun and toppings, but NO chicken. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and that?s what I paid for, but it?s not what I got. Twice. It?s just incredibly frustrating and a waste of my money.

The grilled chicken was cold. I mean cold from the refrigerator. We had two. I asked for two new hots. Cold again. The bacon was even cold. Shallie with the order was very friendly. The young lady at the window was not very friendly at all. I was in any case an effort to demand her warm food. It was after 9 a.m., but food at these costs should be properly prepared

Time after time that I visit this location I get home, and I?m greeted by a large fry filled halfway. Over and over. This is such a rip off, I have contacted management and all I get offered are points on the app. I would just like my order to be complete, for the price they charge for fries. They should at least fill the carton!

I must love when you order frets and get half the amount you ordered! How nice of them! I mean, I love paying the full price for a half order! Ordered a large frit as a post beer snack and got a total of 6 pumices. LOWED THAT?.
