Ahh what can I say. Been coming here for a few years and they never disappoint! Their vanilla plant based ice cream sandwich is to die for ‍! I have literally been driving here an hour from Morganton just for that specific reason a few times lol. They have other plant based options now that I have yet to try but definitely will next time I come around!!

Sunshine Sammies was so easy to work with. They pulled their truck right up to Timber Hall and the guests had a ball trying different flavors. It was everything we were hoping for and more. Thank you!

Friendly service and cute design. Portions were pretty big and def fresh homemade flavors. Just wish my key lime ice cream had stronger flavor. It was more a rich vanilla with a hint of lime.

I want a unique and delicious dessert, this is the place. I loved my mint chocolate chip ice and cookies sandwich. I couldn't finish. Worth the money! Very friendly staff.

Super delicious!!!!! Ice cream is flavor-FULL. 3rd time I've been to Asheville; 1st time I saw this place. You don't want to miss it.
