I placed my order through the app and chose the drive-thru option. However, when I arrived at the drive-thru, the staff told me to come inside to pick up the order. If drive-thru service isn’t available for app orders, it shouldn’t be offered as an option. Additionally, the staff handed me a damaged sauce container that was leaking. Their attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. This was a very disappointing experience — the staff clearly need better training. Worst customer service I’ve encountered. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Chick-fil- A is a great fast food Restaurant. The food is fresh and tasty. The Fries are crunchy, Fruit is sweet, Salads are yummy and of course the Chicken is delicious. The service is generally fast. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Several Salads without meat can be requested. Dietary restrictions: Requests can be made to have Fries without salt, no cheese, Iced Tea unsweetened, etc.

Given the great variety of almost all the same chicken sandwiches, Chick-fil-A needs to step up its game. The difference between breakfast sandwiches from one pkace to another is now marginal.
