I ordered a meal deal (chicken wrap with fries) with drink (tango) to be delivered. What turned up was an incorrect drink (Dr Pepper which we don’t drink) and doner meat, which I don’t like. Tried to call but line wasn’t working. Tried their online help chat but no response. When they did get phone lines sorted a couple days later, I complained and asked for a refund and was told manager would call back manager never did. They’ve lost my custom and I was a regular customer. Bad lack of customer service. I can handle mistakes happen but it’s the lack of apology or phone call that has irritated me, aside from the fact I couldn’t eat what they had sent. I gave the meat to my dogs.
Been isolated for 4 weeks so treated myself for my birthday. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I ordered large chicken popcorn and potato surprise. The potatoes were lovely- soft and tasty. The large chicken popcorn (which cost me £5!! was a measly 12 mini balls about the size of a marble (not even one breasts worth ; VERY overcooked and dry and some even hard. I couldnt eat them as i have sensitive gums so i gave them to my cats. Even they left some bits. Now thats saying something!!!!! Would definitely NOT recommend this option no matter what!!!!
This was the worst fried chicken and pototo surprise ever, most of it went to the bin. The chicken skin was not seasoned well and was soggy like jelly and the potatoes had the texture of boiled potatoes just dipped in oil with no flavour. It was really horrible and went to the bin. Chick King refused a refund. I am deleting my account and never ordering again.
I was extremely disappointed with my recent dining experience. The chicken in my dish was practically non-existent once I removed the coating - all I found was bone and fat. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Disgusting! Not even food. Cold, dry and somehow burnt burgers and abuse form staff. They will not be welcome to deliver at 20 Fornham road again. SO DO US A FAVOUR AND DONT BRING YOUR FILTH HERE
got a kabab meat in chips The kabab was the best in bury st edmunds. the chips where so so so delicious and tasty. this is the best kabab shop in buty st edmunds highly recommend
The staff at this restaurant are fantastic and the food is delicious. We tried the chicken fillet burger meal and it had a nice spicy kick to it.
Lovely pizza tonight it was amazing lovely big bits of chicken plenty enough for the 3 of us will be back next week
