My husband recently had surgery, and I had a limited window to go out and get some food. I live in Oak Park, but I drove all the way to Westlake Village to pick up some Chick-fil-A since that’s what my husband wanted. I ordered two meals, but when I got home, I discovered that one of the meals was missing. I called the restaurant, and they informed me that they don't have a delivery service to bring it to me. They suggested that I could come back to pick it up the next time I'm in the area. Unfortunately, that doesn’t help me tonight. We have a large family and frequently order from this location, but unfortunately, there's always something missing from our order. This evening, they claimed to have triple-checked our order because we mentioned their history of mistakes, yet when we got home and sorted everything out, we were still missing three different items. If you're ordering takeout for a big family, be prepared to deal with missing items.

I've passed by this restaurant for years and always wondered why there were such long lines. I finally decided to stop in, and now I understand why! Without a doubt, it's the best chicken sandwich I've ever had! Be sure to try the Maple Bacon Grilled Chicken sandwich as well—it's a little piece of heaven on a bun!

This is a typical Chick-fil-A location in Southern California, complete with the usual chaotic traffic. Expect to drive around the building a few times while navigating the drive-thru. The food was up to the standard Chick-fil-A quality, but the service was only average. Reserva una mesa ahora

This is a tidy little Chick-fil-A! You can place your order at the window and enjoy it at the side tables next to the drive-thru. It's smaller than I anticipated and doesn't have indoor seating. However, the food is great and the ingredients are fresh.

I would give this restaurant 5 stars, but they incorporate politics and religion into their business, which I find inappropriate. They seem to have an anti-LGBTQ and Christian stance. There are many other charitable organizations that are more neutral.

I was a bit surprised when I arrived at this restaurant, as I didn't realize there was only outdoor seating. However, I quickly felt at home in the comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I really enjoyed the entire experience.

Delicious food, excellent service, and quick turnover. The restaurant is always busy, but the wait time is surprisingly short. I can't recommend it highly enough!
