I noticed that I'm not the only one who has submitted a complaint within the past hour; they also forgot a few items from my order. Considering the number of staff members, I expected better service and consistency, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I'm really disappointed to say that I will not be returning to this location, as this is not the first time it's happened here.
Placed an order online for pick up, went in, and didn’t receive my order because they were out of what I had. The only option was to cancel the order as I forgot my phone at my house so left empty handed. Huge waste of time.
My entire meal was incorrect, which wouldn't be an issue if I had known about it before getting home. I was aware that there were problems at this location, but I didn't think it would happen to me...
During my last two visits, they simply removed the pickle from the spicy chicken sandwich and served it to me, so it still had that pickle flavor. Did they really think I wouldn’t notice? Reserva una mesa ahora
Welp, it's Chick-fil-A. Service is always pretty good. Food is always pretty good. However, there is nothing extraordinary or better than any other Chick-fil-A.
I hate their politics but they are a great company besides that. Food is fresh and the workers are almost stepford happy.
Super nice people even if the staff is constantly different, Ive never had a bad meal from here!
