We arrived at 945pm, asked the lady when we walked in if we had time to order, and she said yes, so we ordered our food, and it took 10 mins to get our food, so we waited and they brought out our food to our table. We started eating and 5 mins later they yelled that they were now closed and everyone in the lobby had to leave. We pointed out, that we had just been served our food and had asked if we had time to eat, and explained that we're were visiting and in a hotel and didn't want to eat in our room. They said we still had to leave on the middle of our meal. THEY WERE SO COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! IN EVERY WAY!!!! one of our party is also a Chik Filet employee, and was so embarrasse...
My daughter and I had a fantastic time tonight at the Daddy Daughter Date Night hosted by the Garden of the Gods Chick-fil-A! We were greeted at the door and led to our table, which was well decorated. The theme of the evening was Rapunzel and Pascal. I loved the mini-moo plush cow dressed up like Pascal. A well dressed waitress took our order table side. While we waited for the food, the girls made Princess crowns in the craft area. The food was delicious as usual. The service, which is always exceptional at CFA, was even a step above tonight. After our meal, we were treated to a horse drawn carriage ride around the parking lot, pulled by actual Clydesdales! Food was good just can’t believe everyone would just ignore me and my coworker they would literally just pass us and when food was brought over server didn’t even acknowledge my thank you and didn’t even make eye contact I was in the food industry for 3 years as a manager and I don’t think that’s how customers should be treated especially a well known restaurant known for its customer service
Place was nice as it usually is but a young lady named Kate took my order and forgot my drink. Had to wait for it until another worker got it, who was very polite. She also got my order wrong but I figured it was a small mistake so I didn't mind too much plus it was close enough. Saw her forget others drinks too though. Sloppy uniform, sloppy attitude, sloppy service. Do better please.
