I ordered take out from my local go-to Chilis for the first time. I ordered the cilantro lime carne asada and I feel like I was skimped out on the steak. Don't get me wrong the food was tasty, but when I opened my to go order once I got home I was disappointed at the portion of steak. The portion seemed to be 3oz if at most. I've never ordered this plate in restaurant, but I feel like I definitely got finessed with my to go order. Despite that, ordering online for pick up was fairly easy and quick. Order was done before the estimated wait time (30 minutes) and once arriving and checking in food was brought out in less than 5 minutes. All a plus in my book! Wouldn't mind doing take out again...
This is one of our favorite places to eat out during the week. I get email offers from them for specials. The last time we were there I used a coupons for mix and match fajitas for $11.99 which was a great deal. The staff was courteous and we were seated right away. The food was delicious and filling a spot was served in a timely manner. Overall we had a great experience as usual and will continue to go there. We were here again, as usual. This time I made sure to get some pictures. I went with a calorie conscious choice this time. Good food as always and great service as usual.
I was promised a 35 to 45 minutes waiting time for seats. I waited over an hour to get seats and was told by the administration that they are more about their side than the front end. She turned me around and three other parties. If you ever choose for a good time you choose another place. I'll never go to that chili again. Customer service label and reliability is terrible.
Ordered through Doordash and I bought the chicken and bacon quesadillas and the only thing that made this bearable to eat with the avocado ranch dressing that came with with is. The whole screamed blah. The Cali turkey club had sweet bread with savory inside not a fan and the ribs were not great. DO BETTER

We went on New Year's eve and it appeared that they were short staffed. This didn't ruin our experience it just took a little to be seated although there were several empty tables around the restaurant. I server was very busy but he still managed to do a good job. The food was good and will visit again.
We ordered the smokehouse combo and bacon burger , food was exceptional. Ribs were so meaty and juicy , great smoke flavor ! Burger was big and juicy and tasted so good, one of the best burgers we’ve had ! Everything was great !
went out with my bestie for drinks munchies, waiting 45 minutes after they said the wait time was 10 minutes. server ozzy was the redeeming quality of the night, great service. drinks were good, food was also pretty decent.
very busy on the 4th july weekend on a Friday night. the server was super sweet and everyone worked was professional and despite so much to do eating came out on time. it is good to see consistently in chain restaurants.

The food was ok, the drinks were awsome but the server took too much time i between the food ordering and never ever went back to the table to even check if we needed drink refills.
Amazing! The food always perfect! The attention! Everything was good! Thank you to our waitress because she brings us some chips and salsa to try and my daughter loved it!
