Overall, it was not the best experience.

Every time we visit this restaurant, the service is excellent and the food arrives hot. I'm always impressed when our waitress takes an order for five people without using a pen and paper, and it comes out perfectly—that's a win in my book. And let's not forget the drinks—they're impressive and strong!
My family and I were visiting from Mississippi and chose to dine at Chili's. The manager let us know there was a 25-30 minute wait, even though we could see several empty tables. When we asked about it, he explained that they had already served 20,000 customers that day.
Curbside pickup was great! Food was delicious. They were really busy so we actually went in to pick up our food, but the order was correct, hot, and ready for us. We'll definitely visit again. Great menu!!
I ordered the margarita lime chicken meal at the restaurant. The server at the curbside was fantastic and provided excellent service! Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the rest of the staff.
