I was very disappointed on April 2, 2024, after visiting the drive-thru on North Lindbergh. I ordered the Pick 2: a Frontega Chicken Sandwich and a Caesar Salad without meat, along with chips on the side. However, when I opened my order at home, I found a beef sandwich instead.
I returned to the drive-thru to request a refund. While waiting for other cars to move, I tried to hand them the incorrect bag, but the staff said they don’t accept bags back. I accepted that, but then I noticed someone inside the drive-thru area enjoying their salad, which made me think, "Alright then."

The croutons in the Greek salad were stale, and it took an unusually long time for us to receive the rest of our food. I also placed an online order for a bagel pack, but after waiting for 30 minutes, I found out they were out of bagels and would need an additional 40 minutes to prepare it. I ended up asking them to cancel the order.
The restaurant could definitely improve its organization. Although there were plenty of staff members, some were just standing around not doing much. Today, 11/13/22, we placed an online order for 4 meals. One of the meals was a pick 2 with broccoli cheddar soup and a half sandwich. We got home with our order and they did not include the soup. However, the soup was marked on the receipt on the outside of the bag and checked off as though it was in the bag. We called and they said to come back and pick up the missing soup and they will also include a free item for the inconvenience. We returned to the store and had to wait 10 minutes for the missing soup and they did not give us a free item for the inconvenience that they promised. I suggest you find somewhere else to purchase food. This BreadCo has terrible service/customer service!!
The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was calm and serene, creating a sense of peace. I now find myself spending at least three days a week there, enjoying a nice, quiet lunch alone on the patio. The service was excellent, albeit a bit disorganized, but it’s summer, and the kids need summer jobs. Despite that, everyone was very respectful.

The bottom line is this: nobody forced you to come into work. If you're feeling tired or had a rough night, that's no excuse not to be polite and show you care about customer service. Working in this industry is a privilege! Childish behavior is just that—childish! Thankfully, the location on St. Charles Rock Rd. took excellent care of me.
I hate this location. Worst I've ever been to. Ordered a soup and sandwich. Chicken dry. Mold on cheese. I should dig it out the trash to show how old the meat was. Too pricey for moldy food smfh. Oh and the bread that came with it was stale AF
DAMARCUS IS FANTASTIC! HE OFFERS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU'LL FIND AT A RESTAURANT! I requested some bread, and it may have changed my life for the better! A shout-out to his wonderful co-workers as well! GREAT PEOPLE!
I love the atmosphere here—it's a clean and quiet place. The food is excellent, but to my dismay, they no longer serve chicken salad on croissants. However, there were still plenty of other tasty options to choose from.

The food is good, but it's definitely overpriced. I really enjoy their salads, but I wasn't a fan of the mango smoothie, and the turkey chili I got looked like a cup of oil—really unappealing.
The atmosphere is incredibly important to me! I had a fantastic breakfast along with hazelnut coffee, and the friendly service made the experience even better!
