Chili's Grill - Reservar una mesa

So, I'm generally a Chili's fan, like their food, ordered 2 meals, was to get a free dessert via my app on phone.Meal was $37, no desert was discounted, I used a $50 gift card and my meal was brought out to car, waiter said thank you as if to say no balance of gift card due , asked her hey what about the balance of card, looked surprised I asked. Now I generally am a good tipper but wasn't about to tip $13 on my $37 dollar meal, when I asked where my card was she went back inside, waited 12 min and had to go in, still waited more time. I believe they charged entire $50 gift card assuming they would keep the balance. I hate dishonesty and I believe they including the manager knew they assumed they were keeping entire balce if gift card and I didn't receive my free dessert as promised by my app. Shame on you guys for giving Chili's a bad reputation for basically ripping me off, last visit here and we ate here often, Buyer beware

The worst chilies I’ve ever been to, which is incredibly disappointing because it’s my local chilies. The restaurant is never clean and smells such. You’ll never be greeted at the door and your first impression of the place will probably be the same as the rest of your meal, bad. We used to always get the chicken, either grilled, the boneless wings, the chicken crispers, and at this location you can always tell something is just not right with the texture. It’s like a hard, weird, gelatinous solid that was probably fried or grilled while still frozen. Even the queso that we would get every time is consistently burnt tasting at this location and the lava cake didn’t have the turtle shell and tasted like it had been in the freezer a while, yet somehow soggy. I want to like it, I really do, but even after giving it some time and trying again, it once again disappoints us. We will never be back.

When the server(if you want to call her that) came up to the table, she said What do yall want It took about 10 minutes to get 2 waters and a coke. I waited for about 7 more before I stuck my head in the kitchen and as if we were going to get service. Finally, with an attitude, she comes to the table and doesn't say anything, just holding a pen and paper. I walked out right then. It's your job in the service industry to give service with a smile. I get things can get crazy when busy, but there were maybe 20 people in the whole building. I will never go to this location again

we ate on the right side of the load in the big row of stands and sitting there waiting on our eating, I wanted to go, but my daughter did not. dirty floors in a restaurant I've ever seen. I used to work in restaurants and it takes a lot of neglect to make the dirty. this type of building is what they would see under / around dinge that will never be moved. I've never seen a flowing floor right out of the eyes. where is the REGIONAL MGR? it's time for a visit.

$33.17 to the trash bin.Poor excuse for chicken wings.We ordered one flavored bone in combo. Edible but not good at all.Extra order of Fries werecold.Also ordered one rubbed boneless combo. First of all it was chicken nuggets. Rubbed (NOT) meant covered in very salty seasoning. Fries were also covered with same very salty seasoning. Sauces were watery no flavor. None of it wasedible.Even tried desserts....what a joke. Tasteless half cooked.
