"we ate on the right side of the load in the big row of stands and sitting there waiting on our eating, I wanted to go, but my daughter did not. dirty floors in a restaurant I've ever seen. I used to work in restaurants and it takes a lot of neglect to make the dirty. this type of building is what they would see under / around dinge that will never be moved. I've never seen a flowing floor right out of the eyes. where is the REGIONAL MGR? it's time for a visit."

the first time at a chili in years. the hostess was less friendly (I hate to say rude) than I entered. I took a bar table (should sit on the bar, but it was full on the afternoon), and it took the bartender about 10 minutes to finally come and see if I wanted something (why would I sit there otherwise? to stare at the television right in front of me, who was away eating came out quickly and was at least hot. that is the most positive thing I can say about eating. otherwise it was tasteless, blanching, somewhat underboiled and generally inconspicuous and at the bottom right bad. they end the meal, and sat waiting for another 10 minutes or so that he come back (apparently, the regular ones at...

The worst chilies I’ve ever been to, which is incredibly disappointing because it’s my local chilies. The restaurant is never clean and smells such. You’ll never be greeted at the door and your first impression of the place will probably be the same as the rest of your meal, bad. We used to always get the chicken, either grilled, the boneless wings, the chicken crispers, and at this location you can always tell something is just not right with the texture. It’s like a hard, weird, gelatinous solid that was probably fried or grilled while still frozen. The take out system here is weird... you're not allowed to go in the restaurant... company policy apparently... so you have to wait outside while your food gets cold until you get noticed.. 5 minutes... and counting. If in 5 minutes you haven't been noticed or attended to? You go inside to see what going on... only to have ladies go full Karen mode on you and tell you to stay in your car. I wish I could give this place negative stars. We've been coming here for many years, but that's over. I made a pickup job last week. the service to the car was fast and professional, so no problems there. I do not think that it requires too much to make sure that everything that the customer is ordered is in the togo bag. in the case of my order it was an epic failure. when I was home, I called the restaurant and spoke with kim, I am not sure if she is manager or not, not relevant. but I was promised that I would receive a gift card as compensation for her chaos by e-mail. here it is a week later and I called again. shall I keep the breath?
