This Chili's location has recently regained full staffing after the difficulties brought on by COVID. The female manager is very approachable and friendly, but the male manager comes across as distant and rarely smiles. The food quality is hit or miss—sometimes dishes are overcooked, other times they arrive cold, as if they've been sitting out too long. I haven’t had a truly great meal here yet. For example, the fajitas that should arrive sizzling sometimes do, but other times they come lukewarm, as if left waiting. An hour after we ordered, we still hadn't received our food. Although we were there to celebrate a friend's 40th birthday and were initially enjoying ourselves, our hunger eventually took over. We decided to ask the staff to package our meals to-go since we were ready to leave. After waiting another 15-20 minutes, we began to head out just as the hostess brought out our food. We had to divide everything outside, and when I checked my nachos, I discovered that while the toppings were there, there were no nachos included. Overall, the evening was a total disappointment, and I will not be returning to this location.
After we were finally seated, our server was courteous and attentive. We had a larger group of seven, and our meals came out promptly. Unfortunately, the food was lukewarm to cold, which was disappointing for everyone at the table. Although our server tried his best, the long wait in a mostly empty restaurant and the lack of warmth in the food make me think this might be my last visit to Chili's. If the food had been served hot, it would have met our expectations, but unfortunately, it fell short of the standards I associate with Chili's.
We ordered the hamburger plate for my daughter, and she really enjoyed it. I had the sampler plate; the fries were excellent, but the chicken was too crispy and difficult to eat, as were my mom’s ribs. I mentioned this to the waiter, who was very kind and promptly replaced the dish. Kudos to the waiter for the great service!

Chili's Grill is a decent restaurant with an okay menu. The food was satisfactory, but the service felt a bit slow.
